Hi, I’m Michelle, thanks for taking the time to get to know me!
I’m currently an Associate Director of Paid Social Strategy at Ampliva, where I lead paid social strategy and client growth while supporting the agency’s internal sales goals. I believe in going beyond simply hitting KPIs, my goal is to fully understand each client’s business. I subscribe to their emails, opt into SMS, follow them organically, and stay so close to their brand that I often know when a product sells out before they do.
Thinking outside the box is what I do best. I approach every partnership with curiosity, creativity, and transparency by offering data-driven recommendations, test-and-learn strategies, and accurate reporting that not only drive performance, but also build deep client trust.

Landing page optimization test increased AOV by 82% for a home décor brand, driven by a strategic exploration of the customer purchase journey and on-site behavior.
Achieved 100% success rate in upselling and launching at least one new platform for every client, driving expanded testing and incremental growth.
